Been reading people's work out logs to understand how other people train. I've noticed an interesting trend.
Here's 6 of them:
1. Squat 4x or MORE a week.
2. Do not do pulls
3. Do not use push presses, triceps, dips, abs work, back work and so they struggle with the jerk.
4. Never do partial work like half squats, jerk drives, block pulls or snatches or cleans
5. Train really heavy, all the time.
6. Use different techniques for different weights.
